  WAG's objectives are:
 


 


To initiate and develop arts-related projects:

  • Lobby in support of artists
  • Coordinate visual arts information for public access
  • Publish a quarterly broadsheet, Frisky, that includes
    a calendar of events as well as articles and reviews
  • Develop a website for artists in the Whanganui region.

WAG welcomes proposals for written and visual contributions to its quarterly broadsheet, Frisky, distributed free throughout the lower North Island.
